Let the small fire deceased no longer happen, and let the home be healthy

Let the small fire deceased no longer happen, and let the home be healthy

A dream come true!

"Safety" and "health" are the rigid needs of people's life and the cornerstone of economic development. In different eras, people have different understandings of "safety" and "health" and derive different needs. China's current economy has entered the second half, and it is also experiencing "the world today is going through great changes unseen in a century". In the changing situation, people's needs are different, and the connotation and extension are advancing with the times.

With the continuous change of modern technology, smart products are accelerating into thousands of households. In the first half of 2021, China's smart home equipment market shipped about 100 million units, a year-on-year increase of 13.7%. Authoritative organizations predict that my country's smart home equipment market shipments will continue to grow at a compound growth rate of 21.4% in the next five years, and the market shipments will be close to 540 million units in 2025. Such a broad market still cannot solve the two social rigid needs of "home safety" and "home health care".

Tiancheng Group focuses on the field of smart security, aiming at the 30 billion residential area, the frequent occurrence of "small fire deaths (if you are familiar with people, what would you think)" accidents, and the trillion-level "silver economy (our How should parents be healthy)", aiming at more than 400 million families in my country, pioneering the combination of "home safety" and "home health care", focusing on the two key points of "safety" and "health" for people's livelihood, to create a "home" "Safety, home health care" whole system plan, fully meet the current people's growing needs for a better life.

1. Analysis of social rigid needs

(1) Status of home security

my country has a population of 1.4 billion and more than 300 million families. The family is the smallest unit of society, and the residences where families live are also the places most affected by fires. According to statistics from the Fire and Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Emergency Management, a total of 748,000 fires will be reported in 2021, with 1,987 deaths and 2,225 injuries, and direct property losses of 6.75 billion yuan. Among them, the number of residential fires only accounted for 34.5% of the total, but the dead accounted for 73.8% of the total. This is the most threatening "small fire death" incident in today's home security. "Small fire deceased" is an abnormal phenomenon of fire deceased people. Although there are various reasons for its formation, most of them are caused by people's negligence of prevention and lucky violations.

The reason for the frequent occurrence of "small fire deaths" accidents is mainly due to the fact that the safety concept has not kept pace with the material conditions. Over the past 40 years since the reform and opening up, the living standards of urban residents have undergone earth-shaking changes. The per capita living area has soared from 4 square meters in the early days of reform and opening up to 32.91 square meters of urban per capita residential construction area. Living conditions range from five generations sharing one room to a family of three with three bedrooms and two living rooms or even a duplex mansion. The great changes in living conditions have also put forward higher requirements for our home security concept.

In the past, there were very few electrical appliances in the home, and economic conditions did not allow more electrical appliances to work all night, so the possibility of fire at night was low. , The shabby room is not large and the floor is not high to facilitate escape. Although the property may not be preserved, the problem of life preservation is not big. Nowadays, adults and children have their own bedrooms. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are unattended at night. There are too many long-powered devices such as refrigerators, air conditioners, routers, set-top boxes, and chargers. If there is a fire in the living room at night, the bedroom with the door is closed. It is difficult for residents to get early warning of fires. Multi-storey and high-rise residential buildings lack a variety of escape routes, and the 3 minutes most conducive to escape in the early stage of fire are easily missed, which is also the root cause of the frequent occurrence of "small fire deaths".

Due to the particularity of home safety, it is not feasible to apply the idea of fire prevention in social enterprises and institutions to home safety. Many local government-led home alarm installation and promotion work has resulted in frequent false alarms and equipment failure due to unstable product detection. The high power consumption of communication led to fatal reasons such as frequent power outages, and finally ended in failure. Many households dismantled them within a short period of time after installation. Today's hot NB-IoT products not only do not solve the above problems, but require the government and/or households to bear the cost of equipment procurement and installation, and also bring additional "monthly traffic" costs.

Due to the dilemma of installing alarms at home, people have hoped that home security products can enter thousands of households with today's popular "smart homes". However, in the huge development situation of smart home, residential Fire Alarm seems to be separated from the smart home system. In homes covered by digital home networks, fire detection and alarms are creating a loophole. The reason is that fire protection products have the characteristics of large electronic systems, full life cycle operation, and high reliability requirements in complex environments, which are extremely difficult to manufacture. At the same time, the stability requirements of household products are higher. Once a false alarm occurs, it will cause unnecessary panic, bring a very poor experience to users, and further affect the image of the brand in the minds of consumers. In addition, most of the home application scenarios are installed after decoration. The installation of traditional wired products will destroy the original decoration and cannot meet the actual needs of customers. These factors prevent smart home product integrators from entering this troublesome and special field. At the same time, since neither the national code "Code for Fire Protection in Architectural Design" nor "Code for Fire Protection in High-rise Civil Building Design" stipulates that fire detection equipment must be installed in family residences, this also causes the development of home safety to lag behind economic development and is not synchronized with the smart home system. development trend.

(2) Current status of home health care

The Chinese traditional "one hundred kindness and filial piety first" need to carry forward the traditional virtues even more in today's increasingly serious population aging problem in our country. It is urgent to establish a high-end, technological and service-oriented "home health care" system that can be perfectly integrated with the home security system.

On May 11, 2021, the results of the seventh national census showed that China's population aged 60 and above was 264.02 million, accounting for 18.70%, of which 190.64 million were 65 and above, accounting for 13.50%. With the increasing aging of society, there are more and more elderly people in China, and the proportion of the population is also increasing. The aging population continues to increase, and the aging rate has increased from 14% to 16%. At the same time, the trend of deep aging continues to increase, the population over the age of 75 continues to increase, and the number of elderly people who rely on social support and do not have the ability to live on their own is also gradually increasing. In addition, the distribution of aging in my country is becoming more and more uneven. Some elderly cities have an aging population of more than 30%. The aging degree of super-first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen is extremely serious. Taking Beijing as an example, nearly a quarter of the registered population is over 60 years old. The degree of chemistry ranks second in the country. In 2020, the registered elderly population in Beijing will exceed 3.8 million, and the resident elderly population will exceed 4 million. There is a huge demand for professional health care services. From 2015 to 2050, it is a critical period for a large number of only-child parents in China to enter old age. They will change from traditional multiple children taking care of one elderly person to one only child taking care of at least two elderly people. The huge pension pressure will become an urgent problem for the whole society to solve. .

Over the years, my country has been advocating that 90% of the elderly should take care of themselves at home, 6% or 7% of the elderly in community institutions, and 3% or 4% of the elderly in institutions such as nursing homes. However, with the deepening of the aging of the population in my country, social pensions have encountered many new problems and challenges. In some places, there have been phenomena such as the difficulty of finding a bed in public nursing homes and the high prices of private nursing homes. And due to the influence of traditional culture, most of the elderly prefer to take care of themselves at home, relying on the family and the community for the elderly. The family is the most important part of the entire pension system.

Elderly people who live alone are a group of people who need more attention than empty-nest elders. The elderly who live alone live at home alone, various safety hazards not only threaten the safety and health of the elderly, but may even lead to social security problems, which should be paid attention to by all aspects.

Although the innovation of the service model and the empowerment of digitalization have improved the pension system to a certain extent, there is still a long way to go from "home health care". For example, smart watches, smart blood pressure monitors, smart blood glucose meters and other "smart devices" that can be connected to the Internet, but need to download multiple APPs, the products cannot be linked together, and the health data cannot be comprehensively analyzed. Many "data silos" have been formed, which makes it impossible for children to meet their actual health needs even if they purchase advanced equipment for their parents.
